SaaS Policy

1. SaaS Product Purchases

For any SaaS products purchased directly through Highvance, we offer a short-window refund period to ensure customer satisfaction. To be eligible for a refund, you must inform us of your request within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Beyond this window, all SaaS sales are final.

Service Terms

2. Services & Project Setup

Our specialized services—including AI Calling Setup, CRM Automation, and Custom AI Agents—require a 50% Advance Payment to initiate the project.

  • No-Refund Policy: Once work has officially commenced on a project, the 50% advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
  • This policy ensures that our technical resources and development time are compensated for the custom work performed.
Ownership

3. Project Control & Completion

The relationship between Highvance and the Client regarding project delivery is governed by the following ownership rules:

  • Default on Final Payment: If a business declines or fails to make the final agreed-upon payment after project completion, Highvance reserves the full legal right to retain total control over all built assets, AI agents, and systems.
  • Delivery Guarantee: If the service delivered does not match the specifications decided during the project briefing, the Customer has the right to hold the final payment until requirements are met.
  • Ownership Transfer: Upon receipt of the full final payment, the Customer will have full control and ownership of the built system.

4. User Responsibility

By using Highvance systems, you agree to use the provided AI services in compliance with all local and international laws. Highvance is not responsible for the specific data or content processed through your automated agents.
